ABOUT US
How we use alchemy
Alchemy, the word generally used in relation to chemical transformation, is used here to speak to the ability to Alchemise (transform) ones life by acknowledging what has been repressed and to create something truly remarkable. A new life of purpose and fulfillment.
How?
Whether it be in 1 on 1 Coaching, our Weekly Conscious Men’s Group Meetings (in person + online), or our Monthly Circle, the process here is to bring forward aspects of ourselves that we have repressed / shunned or rejected.
By learning to Communicate directly, speaking to what you are feeling first and foremost, and have that experience truly witnessed.
Then we have the ability to go deeper, exploring how our patterns of conditioning play out in our lives and choose a new way of being, free of these unconscious patterns.
This is self-empowerment 101. This is Mens Work. Transforming conversations for men’s mental health.
If you’re ready to learn how to connect deeper, live with a sense of purpose, and achieve those things you’ve always wished for then start here.

MENS WORK
How the shadow consumes your life
Without Fire, there can be no Alchemy.
Let’s say you had an overbearing mother. How has that affected how you connect with intimate partners?
Or maybe you had an abusive father? How has that affected how you relate with others, are you yourself abusive at times, or do you shy away from “being like the father” so much that you don’t assert yourself at all, therefore being a “Nice Guy” push over?
Neither of these are placed here to cast blame on your parents, nor shame you for being this way, that’s not the path we encourage. We are all human, suffering from the conditioning + shadows (which have been inherited from previous primary caregivers… that’s how generational trauma plays out, unfortunately)
But you don’t have to be victim of the generational trauma that has been passed down to you.
This is all about developing your awareness and what to do with it. Ultimately it’s about reconnecting with those repressed parts of yourself (reintegrating the shadow parts) and choosing a new way to exist in the world.
Yes, you can choose what your life looks like, but it is work and it will be at times hard.
AND you don’t have to do it alone, that’s why so much of this work is supporting you process your unconscious traits, have your blind spots checked and your word held accountable.

“Coming face to face with (and to feel into) my own sense of power, without needing to put others at risk, has been the single most life-changing experience in being part of this brotherhood.”
— N
“Some days, I hate the accountability, other days even more so. But deep down I know and trust that the group has my back in becoming the best version of me possible, and that has been a life-changing experience.”
— D
“Many have referenced my King energy since being in this group and I can see why, I’m showing up with such a different energy. I have found my voice, confidence, a new relationship with integrity and a work-life balance to boot.”
— T
“At any time I can reach out to these men when I’m in need to let my mind explode and there is always a man ready to step up and either simply listen, provide advise or challenge my blind spots and own my actions.”
— J
“This is a place where open, honest, and direct communication is practiced. A place where we break down the stigma of mens mental health. I’m forever grateful to be a part of something that very few have the opportunity to do.”
— H
“I was really struggling after suffering a mental breakdown, this group gave me the structure, support, and accountability to not only move forward with life, but equally the self-confidence to re-engage in with professional guidance.”
— P
“I am so fortunate to have these men listen to my stories, hold space for me and let me learn from where my blind spots are. They’re there for the wins and let me learn from my mistakes. I can’t wait to see how much I can grow in the future.”
